Payment/ Change/ Cancellation/ Policies
RESERVATIONS:
All reservations will be made and confirmed by Classic Aloha
Vacations through an appropriate wholesaler. Any changes or cancellations
must be made through Classic Aloha Vacations. Hotels/resorts: Prepaid vouchers
are presented by the customer at the time of check-in. Voucher not necessary
for rental car, but customer must present the reservation number at the time
of rental, Vouchers will be sent by fax or by mail directly to the customer
whenever possible, but may be faxed to the hotel/resort if necessary due to
time constraints. Airline reservations are made through tour companies using
bulk airfare and require that a car and/or accommodations be booked along
with the air. These reservations are subject to rules and restrictions imposed
by the airlines and tour companies through which they are booked.
PAYMENT:
A deposit of $200.00 per hotel reservation and/or $100 per
person for airline bookings ($50.00 for rental car reservation only, no accommodations)
on a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or by check must be received
by Classic Aloha Vacations within seven (7) days of verbal, written, or Emailed
reservation confirmation. The balance of payment made by credit card, check,
or money order must be received in the Classic Aloha Vacations office forty-five
(45) days prior to check in date. Any deviation not approved by Classic Aloha
Vacations will mean instant cancellation. For reservations made 45 days or
less before travel, payment in full (credit card only) is due at the time
of reservation. Document shipping charges for FedEx,UPS or Express Mail will
be charged to the customer.
CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS:
Changes will be made at no charge to you when possible. The
only time you will incur a charge is when the airline/hotel/resort/car company
imposes a charge to us. You will be notified immediately of that charge before
a change is made in the reservation.
CANCELLATIONS:
Any cancellation made on confirmed reservations after deposit has been paid,
or any no-shows or early check outs will be assessed a $50.00 fee plus any
hotel penalties. If only a rental car was reserved, a $10.00 cancellation
fee will be assessed. For cancellation of holiday reservations, additional
penalties may apply.
Airline cancellations are subject to additional charges if cancellation insurance
(provided by the tour companies) has not been purchased.
Cancellation charges may vary with the wholesaler that has booked the reservation.
All cancellation refunds due to you will be issued within 21 days of the cancellation;
credits to credit cards may take longer to process due to billing cycles of
the credit card companies.
Classic Aloha Vacations and its agents are not responsible for any mishaps
that may occur while guest is renting any vehicle or staying at a property
that Classic Aloha Vacations has reserved for them or for any mishaps associated
with airfares booked by Classic Aloha Vacations agents. Classic Aloha Vacations
is not responsible for any changes or relocations made by resorts, air or
car companies
BUDGET RENTAL CAR POLICY
Rates do not include prepaid gas option, refueling service
charges, loss damage waiver (LDW), personal accident insurance (PAI), personal
effects protection (PEP), additional liability insurance (ALI), local taxes,
government surcharges, airport concession fees, drop off charges, any applicable
charges for additional drivers or drivers under 25, the cost to upgrade to
a higher car class and any other optional charges. The charges for the foregoing
items are payable by the customer directly to Budget when the vehicle is returned.
A valid credit card in the renter's name is required, no cash deposits accepted.
Minimum age 21. If the driver is under 25 an underage surcharge of $10 per
day plus tax will apply (paid directly to Budget) and there is only one driver
per car allowed under 25. Minimum rental period is good one day, Please note:
Budget works on a "24 hour clock" and allows a 54 minute grace period
for returns. We only make full day rental arrangements; all other extra time
will be paid for directly to Budget by the renter. Budget will charge $3.00
per day road tax and all surcharges directly to customer.
